  • Tomato and Cucumber Salad

    Red ripe sweet tomatoes mixed with cucumbers and fresh parsley. Great on sandwiches, salads and Mediterranean Plates. Just say “TC Salad”.

  • Sumac Onions

    Sumac is a tart and tangy Middle Eastern spice. We sprinkle it on thinly sliced red onions and toss with parsley.

  • Spanish Eggplant

    One of our heartier toppings, Spanish Eggplant is a great addition to our Mediterranean Plates and Salads. We combine sauteed eggplant, onions, green peppers and tomatoes in a honey glaze.

  • Mixed Greens

    A blend of field greens — romaine, red oak, baby spinach, watercress, arugula, red endive and bibb lettuce.

  • Roasted Vegetables

    Seasonal fresh vegetables tossed in olive oil and our house seasoning, then oven roasted. Enjoy in a vegetarian sandwich, or as a topping. Please note: our restaurant located at 10 South Riverside serves grilled vegetables.

  • Kalamata Olives

    From the Kalamata region of southern Greece, these dark purple olives have a rich and fruity flavor. Perfect on our sandwiches and salads.

  • Hummus

    Smooth and creamy, perfect on sandwiches, Mediterranean Plates and even salads. A blend of chickpeas, garlic and lemon juice.

  • Feta Cheese

    An aged, white Mediterranean cheese with a tangy, salty flavor. We love to crumble it on salads and sandwiches.

  • Cous-Cous

    Pearl shaped semolina pasta simmered with saffron, garlic and cumin. Tossed with peppers, Mandarin oranges, currants and fresh parsley.

  • Red Cabbage Slaw

    Red cabbage, julienned carrots and parsley tossed in our red wine vinaigrette. This slaw adds crunch to our sandwiches and salads.

  • S’hug Sauce

    This traditional Mediterranean spicy sauce has a serious kick. Not for the faint of heart, but the perfect way to light up your taste buds.

  • Red Pepper Aioli

    Fire roasted peppers blended with caper berries, Dijon mustard, and a combination of mayo and olive oil.

  • Tahini Sauce

    Sesame seed paste, blended with lemon juice, garlic and parsley. An acquired tastes that is worth acquiring.

  • Dill, Yogurt & Cucumber Sauce

    Fresh dill, mixed with vine ripened cucumbers and a hint of garlic. Blended with our Greek yogurt and extra virgin olive oil to create a tart richness.
