A customer with a gluten allergy came in and asked for gluten free. We suggested a make your own sandwich kit for her to take. So she picked out her ingredients and we packed it all separately and neatly in a bag and added her gluten free on the side. She thought it was great that we had so many gluten free toppings in addition to our gluten free pita bread.
